I never miss the chance to celebrate, in my humble opinion, living in the greatest and freest country that ever existed! Thank you to the men and women who have served in our armed forces and who have made the ultimate sacrifice to fight for and preserve our God-given rights! 

What a beautiful thing to celebrate, right? Many of us gather with our friends and family to enjoy the summertime weather that is now upon us and ice cold brews and American flags are surely a part of any Memorial Day festivity. So, I used them both to decorate my bar cart with a fun patriotic theme! You can see the "before" of this bar cart and my DIY transformation here. 

It's fairly easy to add patriotic decor to your home. I added these miniature American flags to a clear vase of fronds and used my star garland to drape along the edges of the cart. 

It's a tradition to use themed cocktail napkins in my family, so I jumped at the chance to display these fun dual sided napkins! One side says "#Merica"....'nuff said! And the other side says "Red, White and Brew!" How cute is that?

The "brews" are staying cool in their ultra-patriotic koozies. Can you read what they say? We like to have fun with these comical patriotic slogans. ;)

Some starry red, blue and silver beads are draped inside my margarita glasses to add a little extra pizzazz and I used these door knob bells to decorate the bottles. 

Summer girl is checking out the new items on our cart and wondering why in the world she's wearing this ridiculous headband. ;) Don't worry, she got carrots afterward for being such a great model. 

Well, the grill is heating up and an ice cold brew is calling my name! I hope you have a happy and safe holiday weekend! God Bless America!
